6.2.1 How do I initiate a withdrawal?

  • In the 'Savings Account' section, you should see an overview of your account including 'Existing deposits' and an option to 'Make a new deposit'.

  • Below your existing deposits, there are options to 'Withdraw' or 'Deposit'.

  • Tap on the'Withdraw' option for the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (e.g., Bitcoin).

6.2.2 How do I enter the amount I want to withdraw?

  • Once you click the withdraw option, you will then be taken to a 'Withdraw BTC' screen

  • Enter the desired withdrawal amount or select 'Max' to withdraw the total available balance.

Note: Select 'Transactions history' to review all past transactions, including deposits and withdrawals. You can also check the available balance in the transaction history

6.2.3 How do I select the wallet for withdrawal?

  • Then you will be prompted to select a 'Main Wallet' or enter a wallet address if not already provided.

  • After selecting or confirming the wallet address, press 'Proceed'

6.2.4 How do I review and confirm the withdrawal details?

  • After confirming the wallet, you will see a 'Withdraw BTC Details' screen

  • On the 'Withdraw BTC Details' page, review the amount you are withdrawing and the transaction speed, which might incur different network fees depending on the speed chosen.

  • Confirm the network fee which will be paid to miners for processing the transaction.

  • Once all details are confirmed, tap on 'Confirm' to proceed with the withdrawal.

6.2.5 How do I complete the withdrawal process?

  • Once confirmed, wait for the app to process the withdrawal.

  • A screen might display indicating that the transaction is being processed.

  • Wait for a confirmation message that your BTC funds have been successfully withdrawn.

  • The message may note a time frame for the funds to reflect in your wallet.

  • Conclude the process by tapping 'Done'.
