5.2.1 How to Receive Crypto or Send a Payment Request?

  • Access the 'Request for assets and tokens’ feature in PalWallet, by clicking the "Receive (down arrow) icon” in the wallet dashboard.

  • Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to receive.

  • Enter the crypto Quantity that you will be requesting. The dollar equivalent will be displayed below for reference.

  • After entering the quantity, you can now send request

    • either by showing the QR code generated to the sender

    • or bycopying the address generated

    • or by clicking share, you can share the address with the sender directly.

5.2.2 How to Send Crypto to another wallet?

  • Accessthe 'Buy' feature in PalWallet, by clicking the "Send (up arrow) icon” in the wallet dashboard.

  • Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to send.

  • Enter the crypto Quantity that you will be sending. You can either send in crypto value or in dollars by toggling using the double sided arrow available on the right.

  • Enter the recipient's wallet address, either by pasting it in the network address field or by scanning the QR code of the receiver’s wallet address.

  • Review the details carefully before confirming the transaction.

  • Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation message.

5.2.2.1 How to troubleshoot if I get a “Transaction Failed” message?

  • This message typically means that the app was unable to process your transaction. This could be due to a variety of reasons such as network congestion, incorrect details entered, or insufficient funds.

  • Double-check the transaction details to ensure they are correct.

  • Make sure you have sufficient funds and that you are connected to a stable internet connection.

  • Wait a few moments and then attempt the transaction again by clicking "Repeat transaction."

  • If the problem persists, contact PalWallet support for assistance.

5.2.2.2 How to troubleshoot if I get the “Time has run out” message?

  • If the transaction time runs out, it could be due to the transaction taking too long to complete, potentially because of a slow network or the app not responding in time.

  • Ensure that you’re not on a slow or spotty internet connection. Switching to a more stable connection might help.

  • Restart the transaction by clicking on "Repeat transaction," which will refresh the transaction with the current exchange rate.

  • Check for any updates to the app or system that might improve performance.

  • If this issue persists, it’s important to reach out to the customer support for further assistance.

5.2.3 How to Buy Cryptocurrency in PalWallet?

  • To buy cryptocurrency, you'll typically need to:

    • Accessthe 'Buy' feature in PalWallet, by clicking in the wallet dashboard. You will now be taken to the Buy Crypto page.

    • Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.

    • Enter the crypto quantity to be purchased or enter the amount in dollars (by toggling using the double sided arrow available on the right).

    • Select a payment method, such as Apple/Google Pay or credit card or paypal.

    • Review the details carefully before confirming the transaction.

    • Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation message.

5.2.3.1 How to change the payment method while buying crypto?

  • Access the 'Buy' feature in PalWallet, by clicking in the wallet dashboard. You will now be taken to the Buy Crypto page.

  • Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.

  • Enter the crypto quantity or enter the amount in dollars to be purchased

  • Click ‘Select a payment method’ and change the method from default to any desired option like Apple/Google pay or paypal.

  • For Paypal, enter the email address linked to the account.

  • You can also add a new card by clicking ‘Add new card’ under credit card option.

5.2.3.1 How to buy more than $200 worth of crypto in PalWallet?

To buy crypto worth more than $200, you need to confirm your account by going through the verification process.

5.2.3.2 How to troubleshoot if I get a “Your purchase has not been completed” message?

  • This typically indicates that the transaction was not processed successfully. There could be various reasons such as network issues, input errors, or problems with the payment method.

  • Ensure you are connected to a stable network and try again.

  • Note that you can’t purchase crypto for an amount of less than USD 50

  • Also make sure you don't exceed the daily limit of $15,000

  • Check your chosen payment method for any issues. Make sure your credit card information is entered correctly and has not expired, and there are sufficient funds available.

  • Once ensuring everything is alright, click the "Try again" button to re-attempt the purchase.

  • If the problem persists, contact customer support for PalWallet.

5.2.4 How to Swap or Exchange token/coins using Palwallet?

  • Open PalWallet and tap the Swap icon (⇄) DEX symbol in the wallet dashboard. You will be now taken to the Swap page

  • Tap on the arrow next to each field to search for and select your tokens:- You Pay: Choose the token you wish to swap.- You Get: Select the token you want in exchange.

  • After selecting the tokens, enter the amount you wish to swap. Note that each token type has a minimum required amount which is mentioned along with the conversion rates for reference.

  • PalWallet has a fixed exchange rate of 0.25%

  • If it's your first time swapping an ERC20 or BEP20 token, you may need to approve it for swapping. Note: A one-time approval for each specific token type. Once approved, subsequent swaps of the same token won't require another approval.

  • Make sure to note the network fees as Ethereum network fees (gas) can fluctuate significantly. Be aware of current gas prices when performing swaps, as high network congestion can lead to increased transaction costs.

  • Confirm your swap details, then tap "Swap" followed by "Confirm" to initiate the transaction.

  • The time it takes for a swap to process depends on the network congestion and the fees applied. ETH swaps might take longer to confirm, while BNB swaps are generally faster and cost less.

  • Once the swap is completed, you will receive a notification, and the exchanged tokens will be directly deposited into your wallet. This integrated DEX feature makes PalWallet a convenient choice for managing and trading your cryptocurrency assets.

  • You can view the status of the swap in the Swap History dashboard.
