Begin your journey with PalPayment, the first-of-its-kind non-custodial payment gateway that's transforming cryptocurrency transactions for merchants. Our setup and feature guide is designed to walk you through the essentials of integrating PalPayment seamlessly into your operations.

5.1.1 How do I access Pal Payment (AMM DEX) within PalWallet?

  • Open the PalWallet app on your device.

  • Navigate through the main menu and you will find an icon that says App.

  • Click on the App icon and scroll to locate and select the “PalPayment” option.

5.1.2 How to set up Pal Payment app?

Once you select Pal Payment, you'll be taken to a welcome screen introducing you to the non-custodial payment gateway.

You will need to log in or sign up:

  • To login,enter your existing PalWallet email address and password.

  • To sign up, tap on the “Create account” button and follow the on-screen instructions.

5.1.3 How can I recover my PalPayment password if I forget it?

  • On the sign-in screen, click the “Forgot password” link.

  • Follow the prompts to be directed tot he appropriate web page to reset your password.

5.1.4 How to Initiate & Add New Wallet in PalPayment?

  • Once you logged into the PalPayment app, navigate to the 'Connected Wallets' section from your dashboard.

  • In the 'Connected Wallets' section, you will see a message indicating that you have “no connected wallets yet”, in case you haven’t added any wallet, otherwise the wallet you have connected will be displayed.

  • Next, tap on the 'Add wallet' button to proceed.

5.1.5 How to Select a Wallet to Connect?

  • After tapping 'Add wallet,' a new screen will appear with a search bar.

  • If you have a specific wallet in mind, you can type its name into the search bar. Otherwise, you can browse the list of available wallets.

5.1.6 How to Confirm Your Wallet Selection?

  • Once you've found your desired wallet, select it by tapping on the circle next to the wallet name.

  • After selecting the wallet, you might see a prompt asking for additional permissions or authentication steps required by your selected wallet. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant these permissions.

5.1.7 How to Finalize the Connection of Your Wallet?

  • With the wallet selected and permissions granted, you will see an option to 'Connect' at the top of your screen.

  • Tap 'Connect' to finalize the linking of your wallet to your PalPayment account.

5.1.8 How to Verify Successful Wallet Connection?

  • A confirmation message will be displayed stating, "You successfully connected your wallet."

  • The message will confirm that your selected wallets are now connected to your merchant account. Tap 'Great!' to acknowledge this message.

5.1.9 How to Manage Connected Wallets?

  • Return to the 'Connected Wallets' section where your newly added wallet should now be listed.

  • You can manage your wallets here, including adding more or removing existing ones.

5.1.10 How to View and Manage Transaction History in PalPayment?

  • Open the PalPayment application on your device.

  • Navigate to the ‘History’ tab located on the menu.

  • Review the list to see your past transactions, each labeled with wallet name (such as "title (eden 305)") and a date stamp (e.g., "19.06.2022").

  • Identify each transaction type by its icon: a wallet for deposits ("Main") or a recycling symbol for transactions awaiting completion.

  • Tap on any transaction entry to view detailed information, such as the amount, status, and transaction ID.

  • If a transaction requires action (like confirmation or cancellation), follow the prompts provided.

  • To Delete a Transaction from History use the trash can icon next to a transaction entry to remove it from your history.

5.1.11 How to Troubleshoot Connection Issues?

  • If you encounter any issues while connecting your wallet, look for troubleshooting tips or contact support through the app.
