1.4.3.1 How to check the wallet balance in the PalWallet app?

You can view the total balance at the top of the dashboard where it says "Main Wallet." It will show your total amount and the percentage change.

1.4.3.2 How to view the percentage change of your crypto assets in PalWallet?

Percentage changes are displayed under each cryptocurrency's name and price graph on the dashboard.

1.4.3.3 How to Show/Hide Your Balance in PalWallet?

  • OpenPalWallet and navigate to your main wallet overview, where you see your total balance displayed.

  • Tap on the‘view’ (eye) icon on the top left corner of the page. Upon doing so, the balance will be obscured and replaced with asterisks, effectively hiding the amount from view.

  • To view your hidden balance, simply tap again on the ‘view’ (eye) icon and your total wallet balances will be visible again, allowing you to check your funds.

This privacy feature in PalWallet ensures you can easily manage the visibility of your financial information, offering peace of mind when you need to access your wallet in public or shared spaces.

1.4.3.4 How can I track my portfolio in PalWallet?

Palwallet offers a comprehensive portfolio tracking feature, where you can view your market value, investment performance, and portfolio allocation in real time. It aggregates your transaction history from various crypto services, supporting over 16,000 cryptocurrencies.

1.4.3.5 How to View Market Value of Assets in Real-Time?

  • Log into PalWallet and by default you will be in the ‘wallet’ dashboard which displays your current holdings.

  • Your total portfolio market value should be prominently displayed, often at the top of the dashboard. It reflects the current market value of your cryptocurrencies based on live market rates.

  • Under the Assets tab, you can view the default assets and their market values will be displayed including Percentage changes.

  • Touch and pull up to see the full list of assets

  • To view the real-time charts (graph), click on the ‘limit’ icon, available on the right end, which opens the graphical representation of each cryptocurrencies. This helps you understand your diversification and risk exposure.

  • The app is set to refresh data automatically to get the most current information.

  • You can also click on each asset, which opens up a page with details including overview and Transactions of that particular asset.

1.4.3.6 How to access different cryptocurrency accounts from your PalWallet dashboard?

Click on the Assets tab which will open to ‘Manage Assets’ page that showcases a wide array of blockchains and thousands of tokens

1.4.3.7 How to Add/Remove a Coin or Token?

  • Open Pal Wallet and navigate to your main wallet screen. By default, major cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, and BNB will be displayed.

  • Tap the toggle or "edit" icon, often located in the right corner, to access the list of supported assets.

  • Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the specific coin or token you wish to add.

  • Use the toggle on/off, next to the asset name, to add it to your wallet overview.

  • Return to the main screen to see the newly added coin or token displayed among your assets.

  • For privacy reasons or to declutter your wallet from assets with zero balances, you might want to hide certain coins or tokens.

  • Find the coin or token you wish to remove and use the toggle off to hide it from your main wallet overview.

1.4.3.8 How to Add a Custom Token?

PalWallet’s extensive support includes the ability to add custom tokens that might not yet be listed in the app’s default database.

  • Open PalWallet and navigate to your main wallet screen.

  • Tap the toggle or "edit" icon, often located in the right corner, to access the list of supported assets.

  • Click on the + symbol, located on upper right corner of the page, to add a new asset

  • Enter the Network, contract address, Name, symbol, and decimals.

1.4.3.9 How to see the current value of specific cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum in PalWallet?

  • Under the Assets tab, you can view the default assets and their market values will be displayed including Percentage changes.

  • Touch and pull up to see the full list of assets

  • This page comprises two parts, where on top you can find details including the name of the cryptocurrency, symbol, its current market value and percentage changes. Below which you can see overview and Recent Transactions.

  • Click on the expand symbol on the chart to view the full screen of the real-time chart to monitor the price history of the cryptocurrency.

1.4.3.10 How to View NFTs in PalWallet?

  • Open PalWallet and navigate to your main wallet overview, where you have Assets and NFTs tab.

  • Touch the NFTs tab, and you will be taken to the NFTs home page, where the added NFTs will be displayed.

  • If you have not added any NFTs, you will see a “No NFTs yet” message.

1.4.3.11 How to add NFTs from another wallet to PalWallet?

  • Open PalWallet and navigate to NFTs in your main wallet dashboard.

  • Copy the NFTwallet address that you see below the “No NFTs yet” message.

  • Open the wallet where your NFT is currently stored.

  • Look for an option to transfer, send, or withdraw the NFT, which may be found in the NFT’s details or by selecting the NFT in your wallet.

  • Carefully enter (paste) the PalWallet address that you copied. Double-check the address for accuracy to ensure that you’re sending the NFT to the correct wallet.

  • There may be a network fee (gas fee) associated with the transfer. Review and accept the fee, then confirm the transaction.

  • The transaction will be processed by the network. Once confirmed, the NFT will appear in the NFTs home page in your PalWallet app.
